<p>Jon, the Programme Manager for Cheltenham Borough Council, established ppm localgovcamp in February 2010 &#8220;to publicize the p3m3 event that I&#8217;ve organised for public sector professionals.&#8221; He says the blog and audience is both intended for the viewing of p3m3 professionals.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m a Prince2, MSP APMP qualified project and programme manager with private and public sector experience,&#8221; Hyde says. &#8220;I&#8217;m a specialist in business transformation, organisational development and technology programmes.&#8221;</p>
