AgileIQ

AgileIQ is one of two company blogs on the SolutionsIQ company website, tackling in-depth with examples and leadership on software delivery and Agile project management solutions.

Pam Dyer of SolutionsIQ provided some background on the company as a basis for a good blogging experience. “With more than 30 years of experience, SolutionsIQ has a deep understanding of software delivery excellence,” she says. “(As) leading provider of Agile consulting, certified training, coaching, development, and talent acquisition services, we are uniquely equipped to help organizations leverage Agile project management and software development methods to deliver solutions more reliably with less risk and at lower cost. SolutionsIQ helps its international client base navigate complex cross-functional changes and gives them the tools and collaboration they need to succeed.”

She added: “We started blogging to give our Agile consultants and developers the opportunity to share their experiences with the Agile community. We want to share our knowledge and experience with the Agile community and create dialogue around best practices.”

Dyer told us that AgileIQ’s core audience targets a mix of “project managers, team leads, ScrumMasters, product owners, architects, developers, analysts and testers, development managers, product managers, executive management, and stakeholders.”

The technical aspects are heavy in the blog. On the front page alone, you’ll come across a variety of sketches, diagramms, code and even fibonacci sequences, all as a means for describe elements like Kanban, memoization and even CPR – as in, “Categorize, Prioritize, Resolve”.

Dyer has 17+ years of experience planning and managing complex corporate marketing and communication initiatives for local and global firms. “I have depth of experience in the IT space, and I’m a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner.” She even gave us a lead on the most popular post on AgileIQ, which tackles application development:
