Project Management Success is a PPM strategy blog for project management software company AtTask, Inc., headed by Jessie Warner. The blog, like a few others we’ve mentioned on PPM Community, is unique: within a month of its inception (17th June 2010, to be precise), Project Management Success was profiled by us.
Jessie, an MBA holder and self-proclaimed student of project management, thinks Project Management Success can uses it 1-2 updates each week to make a solid contribution to the greater good of the PPM community. She adds that the blog can’t be pigeonholed, as it does not talk to any one specific PPM role type – project managers, executives, managers and project team members alike are a key focus area.
“Project Management Success seeks to promote the needs for and benefits of project management software,” she says. “This blog is about PPM strategies and tools from the perspective of both executives and team members. I discuss the ideas around PPM and how PPM software can help managers do their jobs better.”
Jessie holds a B.S. in Marketing from Brigham Young University, and holds a solid acumen to blog on behalf of AtTask. Project Management Success came to become a part of Jessie’s routine as part of her job, an opportune way to spread PPM knowledge.
“My motivation to blog comes from my job at AtTask, Inc. and from the desire to learn more about project management,” Jessie says. “I typically blog about things I read.”
