Stepping into Project Management is the blog dedicated to newbies in project management. Starting in 2008 and written by Soma Bhattacharya, Soma shares her own personal journey in project management with readers.
When she suddenly stepped into project management having heard a little about it, she wanted to learn more. Whilst researching on the web, all the blogs and websites seemed so complicated and way above her newbie head so she decided to start her own blog to learn project management and hopefully help others on the way. The focus of the blog is to encourage people to join project management and not be scared of it and Soma gives some excellent reasons why others should consider starting their own project management blog;
The encouragement, confidence and help that I’ve got while blogging has kept me going and two years later I interview project managers, get to go to some cool places and meet some amazing people all because of the blog.
