OnePlace is the blog for the American company of the same name, a small business solutions provider that focuses on improving the success of the individual through organisation features including proiject management, team management and collaboration, online communication and file sharing.
With three main collaborators on the blog (including OnePlace co-founders Steve Kickert and Denis Ahern, plus marketing manager Dana Larson), OnePlace publishes three posts a week at minimum. The blog originated in September 2008.
“We wanted to share updates about OnePlace with our customers, as well as educate people on the benefits of project management, online software and business organization,” said Larson. “I like to share what I know about the benefits of project management about how businesses can succeed with the right tools and the right people. Our motto is ‘OnePlace – Successful People. Successful Business.’ We share tips, tools, ideas and resources for improving small business organisation and overall business success. We believe that once the individual is successful, the business will be, too.”
Dana lists one particular post as OnePlace’s most widely read, 13 Ways to Increase Productivity and Get More Done. She also places 13 Ways among her three favourite articles. The other two include:

“We try to highlight informative blog posts from the past week every Monday, and we share customer case studies on the 3rd Thursday of every month,” said Larson.
